ECONOMIC MODEL
A guifi· net we build and develop a model of solidarity and collaborative economy on the Common, Open, Free, and Neutral Network. In this context, the telecommunications infrastructure is a public good and a common resource, open and available to everyone, on equal terms, on which different participants can offer their services.

COMPENSATION SYSTEM
The success and sustainability of the maintenance and improvement of the network infrastructure guifi· net is based on a shared, efficient, and coordinated management.
The Compensation System applies objective criteria in the recognition of expenses and in the proportionality of the allocation of these to the participating operators and maintainers based on the use of the network infrastructure as a common good.
AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY ON THE COMMON NETWORK AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPENSATION SYSTEM
Companies, professionals, and organizations interested in having economic activity using the Common Network guifi· net sign a collaboration agreement among participants and enter the compensation system.

Proposal for a framework agreement with public administrations interested in collaborating with the guifi·netproject for the improvement of telecommunications in their area.
