The guifi·net Foundation does not discriminate and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or civil status, in all its activities and actions. These include, among others, the hiring and firing of staff, the selection of volunteers and suppliers, and the provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals who are part of our staff, donors, volunteers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

At the guifi·net Foundation, jobs and volunteer opportunities are created that offer equal opportunities. We will not discriminate and will take measures to ensure that discrimination in employment, recruitment, job advertisements, and volunteering, compensation, dismissal, promotion, advancements, and other working conditions against any employee, job applicant, volunteer, or volunteer applicant, based on race, color, gender, national origin, age, religion, belief, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, identity, or gender expression is prohibited.

Declarations and policies on the environment

Respecting, protecting, and improving the environment is one of the cross-cutting objectives that we adopt in the management and development of the actions and activities carried out by our entity in the workplace and in the actions we develop.

Likewise, we promote the prevention of environmental pollution in all activities.

We strive to make the social performance of activities and services compatible with the conservation and improvement of the environment to ensure that the actions we take today do not compromise the quality of life of future generations as a part of sustainable development.
