Renewal of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation

At the meeting of the Board of the guifi·net Foundation held on Thursday, February 6, the following agreements were adopted:

  1. To take note of the resignation presented by the trustee Pablo Boronat, thanking him for the dedication provided in favor of the foundation and the guifi.net project.

  2. Appoint Leandro Navarro as a trustee, who, being present at the meeting, accepted the appointment as a Vocal trustee.

The trustees of the Foundation are interested in expanding the current number of people who are part of the Board, with the possibility of reaching up to nine people as stated in the Foundation's Statutes, with the aim that this body has more people, therefore, more voices and visions that the new incorporations will surely bring. Starting with this first appointment, future incorporations are planned, as well as the renewal of positions planned for this year.
